REGIS
Artwork identity. REGIS identifies the work, but it does not prove ownership.
IID
Physical instance identity. IID distinguishes the specific object, edition, print, or instance.
DOC
Ownership truth. DOC is the record that represents ownership for the specific instance.
CHRONOS
Append-only history. CHRONOS preserves events, review states, custody context, and provenance activity.
ATLAS
Risk and review routing. ATLAS helps flag uncertainty, conflicts, escalation paths, and higher-risk workflows.
Professional attestation. Stewards support evidence and context, but the Registry Authority certifies.
Certification authority. The Authority reviews, revises, rejects, certifies, restricts, and publishes public-safe states.
Public-Safe Records
Public visibility is filtered. Sensitive owner, location, insurance, dispute, and restricted provenance details stay protected.
Authority review is staged so records can be checked, corrected, restricted, certified, or kept private when needed.

DOC remains ownership truth
Ownership belongs to DOC. Listings, invoices, payments, shipping, accepted offers, auction results, or Network visibility do not transfer ownership by themselves.
CHRONOS preserves history
CHRONOS is append-only history. It can record events, review states, custody context, provenance activity, and certification actions.
Stewards attest, Authority certifies
Provenance Stewards can support evidence and professional context. The Registry Authority makes certification decisions.
Public records stay public-safe
Public visibility must not expose owner legal identity, exact storage, insurance values, private disputes, restricted provenance, private notes, or sensitive financials.
Artists, galleries, institutions, offices, insurers, stewards, and owners can join early access and find the right starting point for record preparation, review, or Authority workflows.
