10

Bid

Take part in curated auctions, follow selected works, place bids with confidence, and compete through a clear process supported by verified records and transparent sale conditions.

A PROTECTED SALE PATH

FROM DISCOVERY TO VERIFIED OWNERSHIP.

Marketplace and auction activity can begin with discovery, inquiry, or bidding—but a transaction is complete only after payment, delivery, and the formal transfer of the Digital Ownership Certificate.

Only verified artworks enter Alorialis marketplace and auction pathways. Participation is reviewed to protect quality, trust, and the integrity of the wider registry.

Seller identity, authority, and connection to the artwork are reviewed before a work can be offered, helping prevent unauthorised listings and unclear sale rights.

Buyers can review the artwork’s available identity, history, condition context, sale terms, and supporting records before making an inquiry, offer, or bid.

The buyer and seller confirm the price, included items, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and any conditions required before the transaction moves forward.

Shipping and handoff checkpoints document the artwork’s movement, custody, and receipt so the physical object remains connected to the transaction record.

Payment or physical possession alone does not change the official ownership record. Ownership transfers when the existing DOC is closed and a new Digital Ownership Certificate is issued to the buyer.

FROM DISCOVERY TO VERIFIED OWNERSHIP.

Marketplace and auction activity can begin with discovery, inquiry, or bidding—but a transaction is complete only after payment, delivery, and the formal transfer of the Digital Ownership Certificate.

Marketplace and auction participation are reviewed pathways. Free Artist Workspace access does not automatically create seller approval or auction eligibility.

Seller verification confirms who can participate in commerce workflows. It is separate from artist access, public visibility, and Registry Authority certification.

Buyer inquiry, saves, follows, and information requests support interest. They do not create ownership transfer.

Shipping checkpoints support seller and buyer confirmations, handoff, and delivery status.

Payment, invoice, accepted offer, or auction result does not transfer ownership by itself.

Ownership changes only when the verified DOC transfer workflow is complete.
